&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cook chicken with 1/2 tbsp coconut oil with salt and pepper.&lt;br/&gt; - While that is cooking::&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Drain and rinse noodles, put in a wok with 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, cook for 5 minutes on med-high.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add cider, fish sauce, honey, crushed red pepper, &amp; sunbutter. Cook for about 5 more minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add chicken and choice of veggies. Cook until combined. ENJOY!! &lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;2 TBSP coconut milk (&lt;a href="http://www.turtlemountain.com/products/coconut-milk-beverages/unsweetened" title="coconut milk" target="_blank"&gt;SO DELICIOUS - UNSWEETENED&lt;/a&gt;)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 TBSP coconut oil&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 TBSP pure maple syrup&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/8 TSP all natural organic vanilla &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/8 TSP baking soda&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Combine all ingredients. Mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Roll SIX balls of dough and flatten in palm then put on greased cookie sheet.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bake at 350 for 13 minutes or less, until the bottoms are brown.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;OH MY! These are my favorite to date. This is my first time baking with coconut oil, why did it take me so long?!? &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;unfortunately I do not have a “recipe” it is all to taste &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;boil potatoes, let cool and cube&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;add celery &amp; radishes (normally I would add sweet pickles, but they have garlic in them so alas I cannot anymore)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;the dressing is: evoo, apple cider vinegar (normally it is mayo but can’t do that anymore either)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;spices are: salt, pepper, dill &amp; celery seed&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;andddd that is about it. mix all together and its a yummy summer side.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Combine first four ingredients. Mix well. Add milk 1 TBSP at a time.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Roll SIX balls of dough and flatten on the greased cookie sheet.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add chips on top before baking at 350 for 10-13 minutes or until the bottoms are brown.&lt;br/&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Snicker-doodle&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;:&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;(Use base above)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Green beans&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bacon&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maple syrup&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;EVOO&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Salt &amp; Pepper&lt;br/&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Preheat oven to 350&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Steam green beans for about 5 mins &amp; fry bacon for about a min a side&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Wrap about ten beans per bacon&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Place in oven save well oiled dish, drizzle with maple syrup, S&amp;P to liking cover with aluminum foil&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bake for 30mins. Take off foil, broil for a few minutes until crispy (watch them!)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;I freaking love bacon, it will be my demise, I hope you like these…&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This is fermented cabbage. ((It was recommended to me by a friend who is going through similar things and her holistic Dr told her to try it so she passed it on to me.)) &lt;p&gt;What to do:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Get veggies (I like cabbage, cucumber, &amp; cauliflower. Zucchini is kind of blah)&lt;br/&gt;- Put them in a jar with spices (based on taste: peppercorns, pink salt, crushed red pepper, etc) fill with apple cider vinegar and cover.&lt;br/&gt;- Let it sit overnight 8-12 hours then refrigerate.&lt;br/&gt;- Eat a few pieces before your meal. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;*PS. &lt;li&gt;1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed OJ&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 Tbsp. Honey (raw, local)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Soda Water&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pink Sea Salt (for rim, if desired)&lt;br/&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;In bowl whisk: honey, lemon, lime and OJ until thoroughly mixed&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add tequila, triple sec&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Salt rim of glass: use the inside of the rind of a lemon or lime and go around the rim. Put salt on napkin and roll the rim in the salt to stick&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Crush potato chips in a plastic baggie with rolling pin, put on paper plate&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add salt and pepper to liking (you can add cayenne too if you want it spicy)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Press chicken into chip mix until covered (no coating, the chips just stick)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add a light layer of EVOO to oven safe pan, put in chicken&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Gelato: &lt;a href="http://www.lasorbetteria.it/" title="La Sorbettaria" target="_blank"&gt;La Sorbetteria Castiglione&lt;/a&gt;. Some Italians have called this the BEST gelato in all of Italy. The Pistacchio gelato = ahhmazing. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Most people will say to go to &amp;#8216;Ristorante al Pappagallo&amp;#8217; (not that it is bad, I went for my Birthday but I am not really a super fancy person.) However, for eating out I always preferred &amp;#8216;&lt;a href="http://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurant_Review-g187801-d2020528-Reviews-or10-Ristorantino_Il_Tinello-Bologna_Province_of_Bologna_Emilia_Romagna.html#REVIEWS" title="Il Tinello" target="_blank"&gt;Ristorantino Il Tinello&lt;/a&gt;&amp;#8217; I was never dispointed and when I took people from home there they said it was their favorite meal (since they could eat the pasta, not me) their whole trip. I did this mostly for people visiting. I lived off aperitivo, cauppucino and vino. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Restaurant w GF options: &lt;a href="http://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurant_Review-g187895-d1088159-Reviews-Cantinetta_dei_Verrazzano-Florence_Tuscany.html" title="Cantinetta Dei Verrazanno"&gt;Cantinetta Dei Verrazzano&lt;/a&gt; was a great experience and worth the wait. We ended up with a German couple since they just kind of seat you when they can, unless you want to wait longer!  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Book your &lt;a href="http://www.florence-museum.com/booking.php?gclid=CNHho8qB2K8CFUSK4AodhReVDw%20%20" title="Firenze museum tickets" target="_blank"&gt;museum tickets&lt;/a&gt; in advance to the museums and skip the queue. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Uffizi has Botticelli&amp;#8217;s The Birth of Venus &amp;amp; Primavera (my fave) to name a few. The Academia is where the &amp;#8216;David&amp;#8217; is located.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Montepulciano:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;B&amp;amp;B w GF Restaurant:&lt;a href="http://www.lalocandadelvinonobile.com/" title="Nino"&gt; La Locanda Del Vino Nobile.&lt;/a&gt; Homemade GF Pasta and Bread, SO GOOD!! Call ahead, ask for Nino!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;#8230;and if you&amp;#8217;re into it&amp;#8230; this is where they shot &amp;#8216;New Moon&amp;#8217;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Roma:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I cannot recall a specific place to eat here but keep in mind to PLEASE book your tickets for &lt;a href="http://www.rome-museum.com/?gclid=COq3i4X4168CFUJx4Aod4AwF2Q%20%20" title="Vatican Tickets" target="_blank"&gt;The Vatican Museum&lt;/a&gt; in advance (buy and print in USA) so you do not have to wait in a three hour line. Yes, you will get pick a date and time to go to the front of the line. If you do not go to any of the places I recommend, PLEASE JUST FOLLOW THIS ADVICE!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Italy&lt;/strong&gt; (General):&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;COOP is a big grocery chain. Click &lt;a href="http://www.e-coop.it/CoopRepository/COOP/CoopItalia/file/fil00000044992.pdf" title="GF COOP" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt; to a link for their GF pdf list. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In &amp;#8216;La Farmacia&amp;#8217; (the pharmacies) they have lots of GF foods, but can be pricey.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.galbusera.it/prodotti/senza-glutine/cracker" title="Zero Grano"&gt;Zero Grano&lt;/a&gt; made my favorite crackers. *Sigh*&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.grom.it/ita/" title="GROM" target="_blank"&gt;GROM Gelato &lt;/a&gt;in Italy AND NYC. The only gelato in The States worth eating&amp;#8230;&lt;br/&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tilapia&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fresh Green Beans (about 10)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Black Beans (about 1/4 cup)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Spices (Paprika, Thyme, Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Celery Seed and Oregano)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lemon and Lime&lt;br/&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Preheat oven to 375&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Combine seasonings:&lt;br/&gt;- 1 tsp paprika&lt;br/&gt;- 1/4 tsp black pepper&lt;br/&gt;- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper&lt;br/&gt;- 1/8 tsp oregano&lt;br/&gt;- 1/8 tsp thyme&lt;br/&gt;- 1/8 tsp salt&lt;br/&gt;- dash celery seed &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sprinkle seasonings over both sides of fish. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coat oven safe pan in oil, place in fish, squeeze in 1/4 fresh lemon&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook fish for half an hour (or to liking) at 375. If you want it more done, place under broiler for the last 5 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take of ends of green beans, steam (put water in pan) over medium high heat until slightly soft. Take out water and add EVOO, S&amp;P and cook until lightly browned.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Saute black beans (on medium high heat) with about 1 tbsp lime juice and sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Cook until warmed.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1/4 cup chopped cabbage&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;handful blueberries&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2-4 tablespoons of crumbled goat cheese&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;EVOO - balsamic - S&amp;P&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;*Side note. I only eat 3 ounces of red meat at a time since I have to eat so frequently. This is a great leftover salad for your steak! &lt;br/&gt; &lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Sear leftover steak to warm it up in a pan with a little EVOO&lt;/li&gt;
