POTATO SALAD
THE GREAT COOKIE EXPERIMENT!!
((ROUND ONE))
I hope to try ALL different types of cookies now. This base worked just great for me. My favorite was
chocolate chip, wait the snicker-doodle,too hard to pick, they all have their redeeming qualities. I hope to experiment with more soon!!Chocolate Chip:
- 2 TBSP ‘BOB’S RED MILL’ coconut flour
- 2 TBSP ripe mashed organic banana
- 1/8 TSP baking soda
- 1/2 TBSP pure maple syrup
- 2 TBSP ‘SO DELICIOUS - UNSWEETENED’ coconut milk
- chocolate chips ‘ENJOY LIFE FOODS’
- Combine first four ingredients. Mix well. Add milk 1 TBSP at a time.
- Roll SIX balls of dough and flatten on the greased cookie sheet.
- Add chips on top before baking at 350 for 10-13 minutes or until the bottoms are brown.
Snicker-doodle:
(Use base above)- add to dough:
- 1/8 TSP cream of tartar
- 1/4 TSP organic brown sugar
- Roll dough balls in:
- 1/2 TBSP cinnamon
- 1/2 TBSP organic brown sugar
Chocolate:
(use base above)- add to dough:
- 1/2 TBSP cacao
- 1/2 TBSP coconut milk
Chocolate Coconut:
(use base above)- add to dough:
- 1/2 TBSP cacao
- 1 TBSP coconut flakes
- 1 TBSP coconut milk
