Steak Salad:
- 3 ounces organic filet
- 1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup chopped cabbage
- handful blueberries
- 2-4 tablespoons of crumbled goat cheese
- EVOO - balsamic - S&P
*Side note. I only eat 3 ounces of red meat at a time since I have to eat so frequently. This is a great leftover salad for your steak!
- Chop lettuce and cabbage, put in bowl
- Sear leftover steak to warm it up in a pan with a little EVOO
- Add blueberries, goat cheese then steak
- Drizzle with EVOO, balsamic. Salt & pepper to taste

Breakfast Smoothie:
(Trust me, it tastes better than it looks!)
- One Cup Ice Cubes
- One Large Banana (at least six inches)
- Half Cup of So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- Two Cups Fresh Baby Spinach
- Crush ice cubes in blender
- Add banana and coconut milk then blend until smooth
- Add spinach and blend until smooth
- Pour into glass and enjoy!
